KAJANG: A vendor was gunned down in cold blood while delivering newspapers on Tuesday morning.K. Subramaaniam, 37, whose wife is a police constable, was shot five times from the back.
He died on the spot in the 7.30am incident at Kampung Rincing, Berenang, Semenyih near here.
Two men on a motorcycle were seen speeding off from the crime scene.
Police have launched a hunt for the two and are investigating the motive for the murder.
It is learnt that Subramaniam has a previous record for alleged drug-related activities, which police are believed to be looking into as a possible motive.
